Myography space
Wire and pressure myography allow for evaluation of vascular function, mechanics, and structure. We are specialized in evaluating these properties in vessels like aorta, carotid artery and mesenteric resistance arteries of murine models.

Our laboratory, based in the Faculty of Medicine of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and member of the Instituto de Investigación Hospital La Paz and CiberCV, has access to the different Technical Units of the Faculty:

Animal models
We work in different lines of transgenic mice to study inflammatory and antinflammatory mediators of cardiovascular disease. At the moment, we perform animal models of hypertension, aneurysms and obesity.
